Ceresio is a website assistant separate from Lugano's private AI inference offering. Conversations and any contact details you choose to share are stored in an isolated database to operate the assistant and enable team review.
Messages are processed by model providers through Wafer and OpenRouter. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.
