Analytics, contact, and enquiries
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare adds to our pages to count visits and measure how fast pages load. Cloudflare says it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and it does not log the query part of a web address. The site loads no advertising scripts. Records kept by the hosting service, Cloudflare, are separate. Information you email to contact@lugano.ai is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. The contact and project information you submit through the enquiry form is stored with Cloudflare so Lugano can assess and respond. Email alerts contain your contact details, area of interest, and enquiry reference. The project brief stays in the database. Do not send credentials, secrets, or sensitive source material.
Spam protection
When you reach the contact step of the enquiry form, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending. Turnstile runs short checks in your browser and sends the results to Cloudflare. It does not read what you type into the form. To confirm the check, Lugano’s server sends the Turnstile token and your IP address to Cloudflare and receives a pass or fail. Lugano does not store the token. The Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes what Cloudflare processes.
Scope of this information
For a beta environment, ask where data is processed, who can access it, which providers are involved, and how long prompts, outputs, and logs are retained. These details are not established by the product names or the research materials.

Private Chat, Private Agents, and Private API are private-beta products whose availability varies by environment. Product data handling must be confirmed for the specific beta environment before sensitive data is shared.
